 Whenever you create a new chat window to begin messaging someone, or a
 window is created because someone sent you a message it always appears in
 the top left corner of your desktop. It would be nice (and I think gaim
 used to do this) if the position of the last window to be closed was
 remembered and was used as the starting position of the new window.

 This is on Windows XP SP2.
