Comment:

 just the standard window used to chat. Ie double click on a msn or icq
 user the tabed chat window displays.

 I just tested this again, it remembers the windows scale/size, it does not
 remember its screen position and option settings, for example disabling
 the formating bar for one user, close the window and talk to another user
 and the formatting bar is back again...
