 In a recent mtn change, the toolbar is back to just having "Font, Reset
 Font, and Insert". This is very reasonable for small windows, but for
 larger windows, it is much more convenient to have all the options at
 once.

 So... what about having the mini-3option toolbar when the window has a low
 width, and having the full toolbar when the window has a sufficient width.
