Comment:

 As far as I can tell, I can't get the x,y coordinates of notification area
 icons in win32. I'm bumping the milestone on this out to 2.2.0. I'm going
 to try and implement and test using GtkStatusIcon when available. This
 will give us at least a GObject on all platforms. We can then decide how
 best to expose something usable for libnotify.
