Comment:

 This isn't quite right.

 Conversation windows always open in the top left corner of your desktop
 area(instead of using Windows' default placement) due to a bug in GTK+.

 We make no attempt to remember and reapply conversation window placement;
 there is, however, a plugin to do so.

 Duplicate of #135.
