 According to some comments, these patches are invalid.  I guess "Escape
 closes dialogs" is a generic windows practice, and has been implemented by
 !GtkDialog for the windows-like themes.

 So these patches are invalid.  pidgin_request_fields is using
 pidgin_create_window, as opposed to other pidgin_request_*, which are
 using !GtkDialog or descendants of !GtkDialog
