 If the Raise conversation window option is enabled in the Message
 Notification plugin, it does not work if the IM window is minimized.

 This is a duplicate of
 http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1752887&group_id=235&atid=390395
 but I am reporting it here, because I think the fix actually goes in the
 main pidgin code and not notify.c, the plugin code.

 From what I've read (I haven't tried it yet), this can be fixed by
 changing pidgin_conv_window_raise() in gtkconv.c to call gdk_window_show()
 before calling gdk_window_raise().
