 I thought I remembered this being submitted but it must have been on
 sourceforge.

 If I have enough tabs that some scroll off and the black scrolling arrow
 shows up (call these scrolled off), I would like the black scrolling arrow
 to take the color of the highest priority hidden tab. Let me know if this
 doesn't make sense.
