 I do not believe this is anything specific to MSN. I do not use MSN at
 all, but use 3 Jabber and 1 Yahoo account and I have this problem
 constantly. Pidgin does crash as soon as the mouse is moved from one
 screen to the other, but Pidgin is not what is locking up the machine.
 I've noticed that Synergy will respond in this way any time such an
 exception is generated by any program; the mouse and keys other than Ctrl-
 Alt-Del will be completely inoperational. Pidgin certainly shouldn't be
 crashing, but part of this bug is with Synergy as well and I think I'll
 submit one with them about the lockup.
