 When a client SUBSCRIBEs to an offline user, the OpenSER SIP server sends
 a NOTIFY with a blank body as a response. It waits for a 200OK response to
 that message. If one is not received within a timeout period, the
 subscription is deleted. This patch adds support for sending that
 response.

 In addition, it frees previously allocated memory in code paths taken
 during processing of invalid PIDF documents.
