 patch3.diff is to be applied after patch2.3.diff.
 It exposes a function pidgin_setup_screenname_autocomplete with backwards
 compatibility (only adding a deprecated comment in gtkutils.h), and adds a
 new function pidgin_setup_screenname_autocomplete_with_filter (along with
 pidgin_screenname_autocomplete_default_filter).
