Comment:

 Quite frankly, I wouldn't worry much, or spend much of my time on
 unhelpful reports like this. To me, this report is as useless as a 'I
 opened pidgin, but it closed. lol. Please fix.' report from a naive user.

 Until and unless there's more details on this, I don't see why this needs
 to remain open. Is there any reason this shouldn't be just closed?
