 I've narrowed it down to 1 person on my list. Issue can be duplicated by
 removing the person from my list using ICQ2Go, then re-adding in Pidgin.
 If the user is online, an online notification sound will play but Pidgin
 will immediately start hogging memory and freeze up. The name of this
 person has no special characters or formatting which draws me to the
 status message. On ICQ2Go this person shows as "away". Perhaps there is a
 problem retrieving the status message which is causing this error?
