#2223: passwords containing German umlauts (ü ö ä Ä Ü Ö ß) do not work with ICQ on
MS Windows version

 Entering a password that contains any of the above mentioned "Umlauts"
 does not work on Pidgins MS Windows version (2.0.2 german) when using an
 ICQ channel. This error was already in GAIM. After changing the password
 into one w/o "Umlauts" ICQ worked.
 ICQ allows these types of passwords.
