#2237: Can not generate private-keys in OTR configure dialog

 Reproduce Steps:
  1. Launch pidgin , add a msn account
  2. Tools->Plugin->check "Off-the-Record Messaging"
  3. Click "Plugin configure"
  4. In the "Off-the-Record Messaging" dialog-> "config" tab
  5. Select an accout, click "generate"

 Respected results:
  After#4: The default account is the msn account, there should show "No
 key present" and "Generate" button should be highlight.

  After#5: Generate a private key for the selected account.

 Actual results:
  After#4: The defult account is showed as msn account, but "Generate"
 button are grey. You must select the account again to active the button.
  After#5: No response at all.
