  Reproduce steps:
   1. Launch pidgin, connect to irc chat
   2. Tools->Preferences->Away->Auto-reply, select "Never" in the dropdown
   3. Start a conversation with a buddy who's status is "Away"

  Actual result:
   After#3: Still receive an "Auto-reply" message

  Expected result:
   After#3: No auto-reply message returns to you.

  Maybe it's related to protocols?
  For other protocols , like MSN, Google talk, they even don't have auto-
 reply after you configurating "Auto-reply" as "Both away and idle".
