 No, kinda the opposite, his ticket says the unchecked box doesnt work but
 that works fine for me. Heres what I've noticed by testing different
 scenarios:[[BR]]

 If I uncheck the checkbox, it starts up for me exactly as the "Status to
 apply" dropdown specifies (available, away, or even a specific away
 message) (works correctly)[[BR]]
 If I check the box and am away before quitting the program, it starts up
 away for me with the away message I had (works correctly)[[BR]]
 If I check the box and am available before quitting the program, it starts
 up as away with the default away message chosen (the defect)
