Comment:

 The issue is that the pictures are scaled to having a maximum width/height
 (depending which is the largest dimension) of 32px.  The empty space used
 to keep the aspect ratio correct is transparent, which means that the
 corners aren't being rounded (it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense to
 round something you can't see).

 I guess this isn't necessarily a bug. Sean, what do you think?
