 i keep getting 'pidgin has encountered a problem and needs to close'.
 this happened several months ago when i tried to download, install and run
 pidgin.  i was able to download it work today so i thought i would do it
 at home, it still doesn't work.  i've added the ports to norton security
 as suggested, rebooted and reinstalled, still cannot run pidgin.  please
 tell me what to do to fix this or give me a link to reinstall gaim.
