 I created a new XMPP account this afternoon (turned on Remember Password,
 too) and tried to change the initial password by selecting Change Password
 from the XMPP account's account actions menu.  Upon completing the dialog
 and clicking "OK", I received a message stating that the password change
 feature was not implemented.  The password stored in accounts.xml and
 memory was changed to the new password which failed to be set.

 If any of the XML from the debug window would be useful in tracking this
 issue down, let me know and I will reproduce.
