 This weirdness happened when, on a '''*very*''' slow internet connection,
 I was talking with a friend who sent me, during the conversation, a couple
 of custom smileys. I succeeded in loading the first emoticon but I
 couldn't receive the second. From that moment on, Pidgin refused to send
 messages to my friend although I could still receive messages from him. It
 seemed like the loading of the emoticon was first in line in the "job
 queque" and the fact that Pidgin didn't have completed that task was
 preventing the sending of messages.[[BR]]

 Note that I was still able to open another conversation window with
 another friend and talk to him normally, so the connection was still alive
 and the problem regarded only that conversation.[[BR]]
