 When I try to send an URL on MSN protocol (in Linux '''or''' Windows), a
 message (I translated it) is sent :

 ''Impossible to send message due to connexion problems''

 (Note : I'm trying to make a portable version of Pidgin in order to
 implement it on Framakey.org, but this bug don't come from this.
