 It looks like I missed you in devel at conference.pidgin.im so I'll respond
 here, I fully intend to apply this patch to pidgin I just haven't had time
 to do so yet. I would love a quick way to test it though without setting
 up my patched ejabberd again, so if you of any public servers/rooms that I
 can use to test this that would be much appreciated.
