 Miranda IM uses this default message. Why would you need that? Pidgin
 reports idle time, so everyone knows for how long you have been away (at
 least on AIM, ICQ, Yahoo and XMPP), if you are not just faking your away
 status. Though, it would be more informative than the default »I am not
 here right now«.
