#2306: Use UTF-8 as Yahoo encoding

When we use UTF-8 as encoding for Yahoo accounts, the status message can
be in any language with suitable fonts available. I propose using UTF-8 as
default encoding for Yahoo prpl. This will give Pidgin an edge over the
 official Y!M.

One drawback of this is that normally, characters outside of ISO-8859-1
aren't sent out to other buddies at all, but replaced with question marks.
With UTF-8 encoding, other Pidgin clients which also set encoding to UTF-8
can see these characters, but Y!M see garbled text. I don't have any idea
how Kopete, Trillian, MirandaIM and other clients may deal with this.
