#2307: Allow insertion of HTML into chat/away message

If I have HTML tagged text that I would like to insert directly into a
conversation or away message to fix the formatting received by other
clients, I would need to paste the tagged text directly into Pidgin. For
instance, pasting text copied from a conversation messes with font size
tags that get put in the new message and a client like meebo, whose
default font is not 3 as far as I can tell, sees it as much larger than it
 should.

The best way of doing this that I can think of would probably be some sort
of "Insert/Edit HTML" menu item or context menu item. Another way would be
to handle it as the AIM client does: If the text is being pasted (as plain
text?), insert as HTML. My preference would be an "Edit HTML" menu/context
 menu item.
