 When appending text to a GtkIMHTML with the GTK_IMHTML_NO_SCROLL flag, it
 nonetheless scrolls to the end of the text. When attempting to scroll to a
 specific mark, it can be done, but not right after the call to
 gtk_imhtml_append_text. It has to be done from a timeout handler, and the
 exact amount of time to wait before issuing gtk_text_view_scroll_to_mark
 is completely arbitrary.
