 I had a similar situation with PidGin 2.0.1, while trying to connect to
 GTalk, and the error message was:
 "Server does not use any supported authentication method"

 I had just upgraded from GAIM 2.0.0beta, and it was working before!!

 It should be added a note on FAQ (or some other place on doc), so users
 could understand what's going on when upgrading, namely that now in some
 systems you have to install the provider libs that come with
 libsasl2.so.2, which were not needed before.
