 I have successfully compiled Anibal's plugin for Windows.  Unfortunately
 it does not work for me since the MS-LCS server here requires the TLS
 protocol.

 I compiled it usign Cygwin and MinGW.

 I would be happy to send the compiled plugin for someone else to test.
