 after reading doc about "Gmail Notifications"
 (http://code.google.com/apis/talk/jep_extensions/gmail.html)  I think I
 was wrong that pidgin receives notifications that number of messages has
 been decreased.  Actually the extension is supposed to send notification
 about new messages only.
