 kunalashar: Your error was slightly different the second time, "Connection
 refused" verses "The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not
 allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this
 port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests."  Are you sure your
 username and password are correct?

 wteixeira: Modify your account, click on the "Advanced" tab, then set the
 Port, Pager port or Conect port to 443.
