 I could not log-in to MySpaceIM when my password was over 8 characters in
 length.
 I changed my password to one exactly 8 characters in length (the official
 client [running in WINE] wouldn't let me enter anything past 8 characters
 so this tipped me off) and i successfully logged in to MSIM
