 lithium, the only thing that distincts those two icons is the color of the
 arrow. The shape is the same. And because the arrows are red and green
 they are hard (or maybe impossible) to recognise. I find these even more
 confusing actually because they both point to the door.

 In LTR languages: - red arrow from right to left towards the door.
                   - green arrow from left to right away from the door.

 In LTR languages: - red arrow from left to right towards the door.
                   - green arrow from right to left away from the door.
