Comment:

 I'm using gtk+ 2.10.11 Rev B (downloaded with pidgin installer).
 Anyway I deleted all accounts in pidgin, uninstalled pidgin & gtk+,
 cleaned the registry with a reg clean tool and manually (some pidgin
 entries i found), rebooted and reinstalled everything and now it works.
