 No plugins at all are checked in your plugin dialog?

 Installing debuginfo should change many (or most) of those ??s to function
 names and line numbers and such, as well as provide arguments for the
 functions.  Additionally, 'bt full' (with the Pidgin debuginfo RPMs; I see
 that I didn't request those, but they would be helpful) will give us more
 information about local variables in the Pidgin part of the backtrace, to
 help us understand if we're doing something wrong.

 Can you get that backtrace and post it here as an attachment?
