For AIM you probably just need to set the port to 443 in the 'AIM Options'
section on the Advanced tab when modifying your account.
For GMail you can try enabling "Force old SSL" then setting the connect
port to 443 and the connect server to talk.google.com.
For MSN you should just enable "Use HTTP Method" on the Advanced tab when
modifying your account.
