 It works correctly. Deleting and re-adding buddy correctly shows his
 status.

 Yet as my colleague has the same issue and already tried this trick, it
 appears that this solution does not last very long and after one or two
 days, the same buddy becomes "not on server list" again.

 I'll keep you informed in case I also reproduce this problem.
