 The pounces.xml file in the .purple directory is shared by both finch and
 pidgin, and contains a tag called <pounce ui='gtk-gaim'> or <pounce ui
 ='gnt-purple'>.
 Despite this, when I open the list of buddy pounces in either Pidgin or
 Finch, they show me pounces from both programs, although pounces from the
 other program don't work at all. It is also possible to modify and delete
 pounces belonging to the other program, although doing so does not change
 the value of the "pounce ui=" tag.
