 Sort of related to #119, but in the official GoogleTalk client, idle
 accounts get a yellow dot. In pidgin, the account doesn't gray out or show
 idle time in the mouseover, but if I "Get user info", then I can see how
 long the account has been idle. It would be convenient if pidgin would
 show the account as idle if it is reporting an idle time. I'm guessing
 this has to do with the way XMPP works.
