 In the Windows version of Pidgin, in chat windows, if you mouse over the
 "conversation" at the top of the window, the cursor goes from the Windows-
 set cursor to a black one.  All links have a strange hand with an arm
 cursor, rather than the one set by Windows.  Text fields also use their
 own cursor instead of the Windows default.  I'm not sure if this is a
 problem on the part of Pidgin or on the part of Windows GTK (I'm tempted
 to assume the latter) but it sure is annoying.  I've noticed it ever since
 early versions of Windows Gaim.  I can confirm it on XP and Vista.
