Comment:

 Reconfirmed with 2.0.1. I have ran pidgin in cvd and apparently the last
 line executed when the crash happens is line 1333 in plugin.c.

 I do have to remark that finch *doesn't* suffer from this crash. Dic, can
 you confirm this? Supposing we're seeing the same crash at all, that is...
 I'm using a different compiler after all.
