 I can't reproduce this.  Can you double check and see if it's really
 broken for you?  Here's what I did:
 1. Start talking to someone
 2. Send them a file
 3. They accept the file and the transfer completes
 4. Send them another IM
 5. Check the log file, all messages are there

 Also, let us know if you known how to reproduce the IRC logging problem.
