 A very good job has been done at making the Buddy List window nicely
 compact -- there is very little wasted space there.

 In conversaction windows, however, there is a lot of wasted space --
 mainly in the form of unnecessarily wide borders and sashes.  Please
 remove or narrow these whereever possible.
