 I have attached a version of the libyahoo.dll (sorry, my *nix build box is
 down) that does the following...

 On login, will check the Yahoo server for aliases and apply them in
 following order:[[BR]]
 Yahoo Nickname (if set) [[BR]]
 Yahoo FirstName/Surname? (if set) [[BR]]
 Local Buddy file alias(if set) [[BR]]
 Users login name [[BR]]


 After you alias a buddy, you need to right-click and choose 'Get Info' to
 push the changes to the yahoo server.  This is just a dodgy hack until I
 am confident enough to put hooks into the main Pidgin code.  The
 information displayed in the 'Get Info' box is all from the Yahoo server
 (ignores local buddy file) so if you see a listing for 'Alias', you have
 succeeded !!

 I need to do some tidying up of the code (and of course lots of comments)
 and will push that up by weeks end (if testing goes ok).
