 The placement of buddy names in the buddy list is inconsistently placed
 when the user does not have a status message set.

 The list looks fine when all your contacts do not have a status message,
 or when they all do have a status message. I suggest that, for now, we
 simply add a generic status message when one is not present (for example,
 "Available"). This will make it look better.
