 Even when a buddy does not have a buddy icon, pidgin still reserves the
 space for it in the buddy list. In a narrow window, this means some
 buddies' names can be truncated even when there is really enough space for
 it in the window.

 When a buddy doesn't have an icon, the space for the buddy name (and
 status) should be expanded to use the icon space as well.
