 This is the thing I'm most missing, switching from Trillian to Pidgin:
 animated buddy icons.  All of my buddy icons,(which are 48x48 animated
 gifs, and work fine in Trillian) show up static, with no animation in
 Pidgin.  Can I use a different format/size/etc?
