Comment:

 This is a duplicate of #544, but I'm closing that one since this has much
 more information (Great bug report, l4k0!).

 There are other, similar, "ICQ clients don't bother with decent i18n" bugs
 that are probably also duplicates of this. I'll go through on a case
 basis.
