 When I try to block a buddy, I get a strange message and the buddy is not
 blocked.
 This bug works with ICQ protocol I have no other IM accounts, so I cannot
 confirm if other IM services are affected.

 Steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
 1. Open buddy chat window [[BR]]
 2. Right click the buddy in pidgin main window and select the "Block"
 option.[[BR]]
 3. The message:
 "(12:21:18 AM) Could not add the buddy *** for an unknown reason.  The
 most common reason for this is that you have the maximum number of allowed
 buddies in your buddy list." appears in the chat window and buddy doesn't
 seem to get blocked (although pidgin claims he is). [[BR]]


 Here are the messages from Debug window:

 oscar: ssi: About to add a deny[[BR]]
 oscar: ssi: status is 0x0001 for a 0x0008 action with name no item [[BR]]
 oscar: ssi: Action 0x0008 was unsuccessful with error 0x0001
