 If person has offline status but is actually online (pseudo-offline) and
 typing to you, you can receive THEIR messages but they do not receive
 yours until they change their status to online or away etc (not pseudo-
 offline) when a pounce is sent to them. Thus a conversation cannot be held
 with a person who is pseudo-offline.

 Can this please be changed? Thank you!
